Nordstern – A Wuyi Oolong of a special kind
This tea is made from the leaves of the Beidou tea bush in the Wuyishan Nature Reserve in China. Medium fermentation and gentle roasting were used to bring out the natural flavors, with no artificial flavorings.
Appearance & Aroma:
The dry leaves are large, twisted and have a deep dark brown color. Their scent is warm and reminiscent of bread crust and spices. The infusion shimmers clearly in a golden almond tone.

preparation recommendation
For optimal preparation, we recommend hot water at 100°C and using a clay teapot or gaiwan. Use 4-5 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. The first infusion should brew for about 5 seconds, then extend the brewing time for subsequent infusions as needed.
