This medium-compressed Pu Erh brick dates from 2007 and is easily broken into twisted brown to dark brown leaves, delicate buds and thin leaf stalks. The dry tea exudes a subtle, fruity-balsamic scent, while the infusion shimmers in a clear, amber tone.
taste and aroma
The aged character of this Sheng Pu Erh reveals a complex, fruity-woody depth, complemented by notes of spicy herbs and a hint of autumn leaves. The aroma is warm and complex, with fruity-woody nuances. The taste is full and smooth, with a pleasant sweetness, subtle fruit acidity and light spicy notes. preparation recommendation
Use hot water at a temperature of 100°C for optimal preparation. Proportion 6 g of tea to 100 ml of water. The first infusion should brew for about 10 seconds. Drink the tea in short infusions and gradually increase the brewing time with each subsequent infusion.
